Every order comes with our 60 Day Rider's Guarantee. You have 60 days from delivery to decide if it is right for you.

Buying in the off-season?

Good timing. If you order before May 1, 2027, your 60 days start on May 1, 2027, not the day it shows up at your door. That gives you all of May and June to get it on the water and decide. No need to test it in a snowbank.

How it works

1. Contact us first at info@canadianboardco.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be processed.
2. Ship it back to our Kelowna warehouse. Return shipping is paid by you. The cost depends on the item and where it is coming from, so we will give you an estimate before you ship.
3. We inspect it and refund you to your original payment method.

What you get back

• Unused and complete: a full refund of the purchase price, with no restocking fee.
• Used: a refund minus a restocking fee of up to 30%, based on the condition of the item. We look at every return case by case. This applies to boats as well.
• Damaged or missing parts: we will let you know the cost to repair or replace before we finish your refund.

Final sale, clearance and Green Program items cannot be returned. After 60 days, defects are covered by our warranty.
